All orders placed with a minimum order value of €250,- include packaging and transport in the Netherlands. For orders with an order value of less than €250,-, transport costs will be charged. For the delivery of our products we work together with Dobbe Transport and UPS. Delivery by Dobbe Transport is on the indicated delivery date between 08:00 and 18:00 unless a time delivery has been requested. After your order has been processed and picked up, you will receive an e-mail via Dobbe Transport with the status of your delivery and an expected delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the goods. If we cannot deliver the order, we are forced to pass on the costs of the 2nd delivery to you.
If you have ordered too many or ordered the wrong products, you can return them by filling in the general RMA form. Read the conditions carefully and then fill in the general RMA form. This way you are assured of a faster processing of your return notification.
